    Once your order has been shipped, we will send the carrier details and tracking number by email. Please keep an eye on the email address used for your order, and be sure to check your Promotions or Spam folder as well.

  2. How to Check Your Order Status

  • Option 1: Enter your order number on the Order Tracking page.

  • Option 2: Use your tracking number on the carrier’s official website to view the latest shipping updates.

  • Option 3: If you cannot find your order number or tracking number, please contact us at info@aunovelle.com using the email address used for your order, and we will help you look it up.

 

  1. Tracking Update Notes

    Tracking information usually shows its first scan within 24 hours after the package is handed over to the carrier. During peak periods, this may take up to 48 hours.
    If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, shows an unusual route, or appears stalled, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help verify the shipment with the carrier.

  2. What If the Tracking Says “Delivered” but I Didn’t Receive It?

  • Please first check with family members, neighbors, building reception, security staff, or parcel collection points to see whether someone accepted it on your behalf.

  • Check around the delivery address, such as near the door, mailbox, lobby, or other safe drop-off locations.

  • Review the carrier’s proof of delivery, such as signature confirmation, delivery photo, or GPS confirmation, if available.

  • If you still cannot locate the package, please contact info@aunovelle.com as soon as possible and provide your order number and tracking number so we can assist in opening an investigation.

  1. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

    If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to provide clear photos or videos along with the outer packaging information so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
