Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation/Modification Before Shipping
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can contact us via email or phone to request modifications or cancellations. We will assist based on the order status but cannot guarantee success.

3. Cancellation After Shipping
Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. You may initiate a return after receiving the item, following our return and exchange policy.

There is typically no cancellation fee if the order is canceled before shipping. If the order has already been processed and irreversible fulfillment costs have been incurred, we will inform you of any applicable charges after confirmation.
5. Refund After Cancellation
